Q5 Partners - Hybrid Working

The Culture and Organisation Development team at fast-growing management consultancy Q5 were looking to step up their marketing. Working closely with their Culture team, we developed a set of workplace skits to highlight the challenges of maintaining your company culture in a world that has moved to hybrid and remote working, with a call to action to continue the conversation by getting in touch.

We worked with the culture team and subject matter experts across the business to develop the concepts for the skits, write the scripts, plan and shoot the videos and edit the outputs for social media and the Q5 website.

The result? An innovative and engaging way to communicate complex themes, helping build their authority in this area.

What we did

  • We workshopped the concepts to develop the 5 themes for the the videos, then developed and scripted 60 second skits to illustrate each theme. The Q5 team then cerated the "top tips" to be delivered by a Q5 SME at the end of each skit.

  • The concept and key messages agreed, we developed a storyline and shot list, and scripted the skits, giving the actors - who were all employees - the opportunity to shape it into their own words.

  • We worked with Q5 to identify the cast and location for each skit, and develop a schedule for the filming day.

  • We shot all five films over a single day, using actual Q5 consultants as talent. We then edited the films in line with their brand guidelines to introduce the skits and bring them to life with animated titles and top tips.
