Jules Love, Creative Director
As Creative Director Jules oversees all our work from a creative viewpoint. You’ll often find him behind a camera on a shoot or just trying out a new crazy idea. From brief, conception, production through to completion his focus is to tell our client’s stories most impactfuly and engagingly.
Jules is an award-winning photographer and film maker who has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Google, Unilever, Samsung, Four Seasons, Corinthia, Hilton, Canon, GSK, Sony, The North Face and many others.
Did you know?
Jules also spent half his career as a strategy consultant at Accenture and Q5? He worked with leading blue chip firms including BP, BT and Sainsbury’s solving organisational health challenges including culture, organisation design and development. This blended experience means Jules really understands our clients’ challenges when putting together creative solutions.
As well as being passionate about photography, with an ever growing collection of film cameras, Jules is an ace skiing. He grew up in Norway and Denmark and was lucky enough to spend lots of school holidays on the slopes. Now he enjoys a combination of hut-to-hut adventures and terrifying ski races like the aptly named Inferno!
Emma Wharton, Strategy Director
Our Strategy Director Emma brings deep business insight from working across multiple sectors in both consultancy and in-house roles. Emma is passionate about building great places to work and the contribution a strong employer brand with creative forms of communication can make to engaging people in company culture.
Emma’s commitment to client success combined with visual flair provides focus to every project while never losing sight of what tells her client’s story and reaches their audience the best.
Did you know?
Emma spent 15 years in corporate and central government leading workplace design and cultural transformation programmes? She was client director for the restoration of the Palace of Westminster and led the hybrid working culture change programme at UK Parliament. She also developed the standard for new ways of working across the entire UK civil service.
Emma has been early employee at two successful start-ups, run her own graphic design studio, Wharton Studio and is currently a Non-Executive Director of an NHS Mental Health Trust. It all adds up to make Emma perfect for her role – bringing our clients depth of business and people insight combined with passion for beautiful creative output.

Jules and Emma bring a combined 45 years experience of creativity and business strategy to solve today’s workplace challenges and deliver authentic employer brands, from conception and positioning all the way through to design, photography and film.
Over this time they have built a network of the best illustrators, motion graphics, designers, developers, copywriters and specialist consultants to draw on to build bespoke teams for each client.
